Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3 Years Warranty 

Our 3 year warranty covers any defects under normal use, starting from the purchase date. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs when applicable. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water damage and improper installation. This warranty is non-transferable and limited to repair or replacement; we’re not liable for any incidental damages.

How to Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, photos/videos if applicable and we’ll evaluate and resolve the issue.
